Assistant Manager Service Development & Safety

Role:
Development of complete inflight services & procedures, and work safety processes to provide a consistently high level of customer care to passengers on flights, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Develop procedures and guidelines for the safe operations of aircraft equipment including seats, lavatories, galley equipment and IFE system.  Design crew’s workflow and procedures for our inflight services and product offerings. Collaborate with relevant departments on the service and safety training of crew. Track and monitor competitors, industry best practices and customer trends. Prepare and maintain cabin crew operations manual, which cover service processes and procedures. Develop and update inflight announcements and sales procedures. Investigate and analyse service/product feedback from passengers and crew. Oversee the dissemination of service and safety procedures, and subsequent revisions. Ensure that all inflight services & procedures are safe and comply with all regulatory requirements. Investigate and report on any safety-related incidents, lapses or feedback. Ensure dissemination of learning points from all safety incidents and lapses.
 
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Graduate degree from a recognised university
  • Extensive cabin crew operational and service development experience, including preparation of crew procedure manuals
  • Ability to collaborate with other members in cross-functional teams
  • Able to multi-task within timelines and willing to carry out work assignments in both office and operational settings
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong IT skills including full suite of MS Office applications
