Assistant Manager Crew Operations and Performance Management

Role: 
Management of cabin crew manpower requirements, crew operating patterns (COPs), crew rosters and crew performance, while ensuring compliance to all regulatory requirements. Manage crew communications, engagement and welfare activities. Prepare annual budget and manage operating expenditure of Cabin Crew Department. Manage crew transport arrangements. Plan cabin crew manpower requirements. Manage crew operating patterns (COPs), crew rosters and crewing for irregular operations. Manage crew leave and training requirement. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Assist in development of crew rostering and other related systems. Monitor and track performance of probationary crew. Manage crew performance (including appraisals), development and progression. Manage crew-related passenger feedback and disciplinary matters. Assist in development of crew management system. Track and prepare crew productivity, discipline and performance reports
 
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Graduate degree from a recognised university.
  • Relevant experience in crew administration, rostering and performance management
  • Able to collaborate with other members in cross-functional teams
  • Able to multi-task within timelines 
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills including full suite of MS Office applications
