Security Supervisors
In-charge of the airports from where the airline will operate its flights. Maintain all records (Training Records, AEP records etc) of the airline security staff posted at the airport. Arrange to get all Security staff posted under his jurisdiction trained and certified in different AVSEC training conducted by BCAS and maintain appropriate training records. Organize surprise checks to test the alertness and efficacy of the airline security staff. Maintain liaison with all airport operators, duty in-charge APSU and other agencies in all airports. Accountable for any security lapse by the airline security staff. Responsible for efficient deployment of all the security staff.
Capabilities and competencies
Communication – verbal, written and presentation skills Networking -Facilitation & cross functional group moderation. Mediation & Negotiation.
Experience Min 5 years of AVSEC experience.
Qualification Min Graduation, AVSEC qualified & screener certified from BCAS.
